Dr. Urszula Jablonska is a family medicine physician serving patients of all ages at MetroSouth Health Center at South Holland. Dr. Jablonska graduated from the Medical Academy of Poland before going on to complete her residency in family practice medicine at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital Center in Chicago. She has a special interest in ophthalmology and worked as an ophthalmologist in Poland prior to coming to the United States where she now works exclusively as a family medicine physician. She served on the American Board of Family Practice from 2000-2007. Dr. Jablonska loves to travel and cook. She has two children and speaks English, Polish, French, Russian, and German.
