Dr. Catherine Lindsay is a family medicine physician also specializing in women’s health at MetroSouth Health Center at Blue Island. Dr. Lindsay studied medicine at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia before moving to the United States. She then received her Masters in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She completed her residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL before continuing her OB/Gyn training at New Hanover Medical Center in North Carolina. Dr. Lindsay enjoys performing daily “hands-on” procedures and values maintaining a close relationship with a wide-range of patients, including children. Dr. Lindsay is married with one child and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
